EIRA Seminar
October 2009

iSYS is pleased to announce that a seminar on the "Employment and Industrial Relations Act" will be held in October 2009. 

The one-day seminar is aimed at HR Managers, Recruitment Officers, Accountants/Financial Controllers as well as General Managers and Partners, in other words, all those who play a key role in the management of employees.

The speaker for this seminar will be Andrew Borg-Cardona LL.D., M.A., who is a Partner with BCGL Advocates and a well-known spokesman for Employment Legislation on the local scene.  He specialises in commercial and labour law, representing clients in negotiations, conciliation and arbitration proceedings, as well as advising on the impact of legislation on their operational structures.  He is also concerned with financial services law, contract and company work, and with connected litigation.
